Norrath Fashion Show

At the risk of sounding like an EQ2 fanboy, I will have to say that I am happy about the new armors and clothing that they are releasing.

Used to be, you could travel around Norrath and, aside from the colors of the armor/clothing every mage looked the same, as did priests, scouts, and fighters. With the new Station Marketplace armor/clothing that they have released over the past few months, combined with the TSO Faction and Shard armor, together with the event armor from the Spires vendor, there are more choices than you could shake a gnome-on-a-stick at.

Here are some screenshots of some of my toons in their armor, followed by a brief explanation about where to get that armor:

Starting with the top, going left-to-right, we have the Blackened Vanguard Armor set*, the Kaladim Stormguard Armor set* (except for the sleeves, and without the headgear from the set), the Fleshwound Platemail set* (minus the helm), the Seafury Buccaneer Armor set* (minus headgear), the Academy Junior Apprentice Robe* (with some matching gloves and boots I found on the broker), the Gold-Traced Vanguard Armor set* (minus Helm), the Ironforge Parade Armor set*, the Studded Brawler Garb Armor set*, the Tunarian Alliance Armor set* (with the sleeves from the Rustic Chainmail set), the Academy Fieldwear set* (sans hat), the Immaculate Mage set*, the Concordium Weave Clothing set* (with the Concordium Apprentice Cap*), the Tumpy’s Heroes Gi set*, the Kelethin Outrider Leathers set*, the Ebon Embroidered Ceremonial Robe* (with matching gloves and boots from the broker), the Tier’Dal Executioner Leather set, and finally, the Elddar Defender’s Leather set*.

As my other toons reach sufficient level/faction to get specialized armor from the events or from the Shard Armor sets, I will post more screenies.

Until next time,

Necrotherian Facepalmer**

*Purchased with Station Cash from the Station Marketplace.

**Recently I decided to change my last name from Lootsalot to Facepalmer (given the number of times I facepalm during PUGs and PURs).

Dude, they are sweet looking. Nice job, I only had a few of them for two of my toons.

When they added Armor and Housing stuff was when I started looking at RMT as not a 100% bad thing. It didn’t take long after that till I was buying shit left and right.

      I know what you mean.

BTW, since then, I have added a couple more.

Necro is now wearing the Dark Battlemage’s Armor (Robe), and Reptilarus is wearing the Opalescent Formal Robe.

Pics will be forthcoming once I have enough to warrant another “Fashion Show”.

Very Kewl, I was going crazy trying to find pic’s of the armor sets and what they actual looked like instead of a image of a crate. Great job on the site. thanks again
